IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

  • Patients with an allergy to Miochol-E or any ingredient contained in the product should not use.
  • ADVERSE REACTIONS: Infrequently, use of intraocular acetycholine has caused the cornea (the transparent layer which protects the front of the eye) to become cloudy or swollen. This may affect your vision.
    Adverse reactions that are indicative of systemic absorption have been reported rarely. These include bradycardia, hypotension, flushing, breathing difficulties, and sweating.
  • PEDIATRIC USE: Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients have not been established.
